Drupal 7.x

I am managing a site whose content is entirely dedicated to registered users. Now, however, I would like to dedicate an area (content type) visible also to anonymous users, who will be directed to this contents by direct link only or, alternatively, navigable area as a separate channel.
It seems that there are different approaches; can someone advise me which one could be the best and the most performing approach/module?

on my webhosting has open_basedir in cofiguration and it is not possible to change it.

It is possible switch off these options in drupal for succesfull run of update.php script? I need do update after update Drupal and some modules.

I have a content type using file field with multiupload widget.   Upload has worked for years. The upload button has stopped working in latest version of chrome.  Any suggestions?

Tengo un proyecto de Drupal 7 creado hace un tiempo, ahora estoy intentado montarlo nuevamente y me da este error una y otra vez, lo que no me deja visualizar nada, todo lo que pongo me sale eso, no puedo acceder a mas ningún lado del proyecto.

Es decir, el proyecto no me abre luego de montar el servidor apache y la base de datos con PgAdmin.

He eliminado las datos de las tablas de cache también.

¿Alguna ayuda?
