Drupal 7.x

Hi,

I'd like to create a hierarchical taxonomy in D7. When users then create new content, they should be lead to the lowest item. An example:

I have the vocabulary 'food':

food

I've installed views, but when I go into edit any settings, specifically when I try to edit the tracker feature, none of the links will open. I can right-click them and open them in a new tab, but then it has the wrong favicon and if that's the only way I can open the link, I don't think that's how it's supposed to work.

I have been trying to work with the template.php file to give any menu items a custom class. I was trying to use the D6 example here: http://drupal.org/node/345624 to do the same thing. I attempted with a few other functions I found in the menu includes file with no luck. Has anyone been able to do this? I'm new to hooks and modifying functions so sorry if this is an easy question. Thanks!

Where do you set the length of trimmed posts in Drupal 7? Am unable to locate.

As you know Solor by default is not able to show sorting like "Relevancy" in a select list.
On drupal.org it does -> http://drupal.org/search/apachesolr_multisitesearch/foobar
On top you see the relevancy filter in a dropdown. I tried doing that myself but failed because of:

Is the code used for drupal.org solr avaliable anywhere (the facet handler)?

Couldnt find where to put this, but I am trying to do my part and test Drupal 7. I just installed Drupal 7 and Corolla and I got this error after enabling a couple of the preinstalled modules:
