set time period for !sticky

I want to set a time limit for sticky flag on nodes. Ideally, a user who clicks 'sticky' when creating content woudl then be asked to chose a time for it to last, after which it would lose the flag. However, I could also deal with something standard, like eveything marked sticky will lose the flag after X days.

I don't see a module that can do this, but maybe there's a trick with triggers/actions?

Thanks.

Renaming 'HOME' menu tab based on language?

Hi,

Drupal newbie. Working on a bilingual site. Have installed International module and associated recommended modules. I have the site working well, English and French language switch toggles work, content displays properly per language selection. My question is...how do I rename the default 'Home' menu button?

No matter what language is selected, English or French, the 'Home' button is the same. I need it to be 'Accueil' for the French language.

Thoughts?

TIA.

Contextual menu (no user logged)

Hello,

I recently installed drupal 7.x to develop a small website who's main functionnality is to have in one and only site two former websites;

The idea is that visitors by clicking on either a select list item or a link in the header will trigger a filter that will display only the menus and articles they are concerned with.
When i say visitors i really mean users not logged in;

My first idea was to create an html form, have the filter name passed in a post variable and then get that variable from HTML to php to make a condition test.

Where can I get Drupal performance and scalability information? And, some suggested Drupal architectures

We are working on a project to consolidate several B2B web sites into 1 CMS platform. Drupal comes high on the list as functions. However, I could not find any architecture diagram, performance and scalability data/references.

taxonomy, bind users with teams and (team)pages

Hi,

I'm trying to create a team page, which includes an overview of users that are part of the team. 1 moderator is appointed to that team, who handles the page and new team members.

I used Profile2 to create two usergroups, teammember and teamleader. A Contenttype of "company" which has a taxonomy of field_company_name. This field is shared between the usergroups, and it was my intention to use this as a view relationship parameter.
