Drupal 7.x

I am using drupal 7 and am trying to figure out how to remove the default field div classes that are generated with the following code:

<?php print render($fields['field_phone_number']); ?>

When I use the above code this is what is generated:

<div class="field field-name-field-phone-number field-type-text field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even">(407) 233-0582</div></div></div>

I have been shopping around for a programmer that can work with my team as a supplemental resource. We have lots of work - the day to day type as well as the development type. We have one programmer, a content person, and some other part time help. I would like to dedicate one programmer to day to day stuff, and one programmer to development of a new site.

Previously I had advertised for someone with library experience. I have since revised that requirement. I really think its more important that this person be knowledgable, informed and involved in the drupal community. I need a site that is built well, on a solid drupal foundation.

I have spoken with a few programmers already. Although there have been some great candidates, I am having trouble meeting with those who are outside of N America. I need someone that is within a few hours of my timezone and able to work similar hours. I am in the New York timezone.

Further, we know that we will be using SOPAC and probably SOLR. So library experience is helpful, but really we need a well rounded, experienced, solid drupal programmer to augment our currently available resources.

Our new set of criteria looks more like this:
- we need a programmer available to work 20 to 40 hours a week have
- must have experience building full sites in drupal
- must have experience programming or modifying modules

It may be a stupid question but... Which theme is currently used by drupal.org?
Is it a community available theme?

I've installed drupal 7, I need a website multilingual, i have installed i18n module, Variable, Languaje icons, and Language switcher.
with Marinelli theme.
I can't display de primary menu (like home, services... etc) in differents languages.
I've tried to configure me 'main menu' in 'multilingual options' set to "Translate", Language "English". and in Menu Settings: "Source for the Main links" set to 'main menu'. I've created another menu 'Menu Principal' with Language "Español", But, when I switch the language, the 'main menu' is still displaying (only in English).

When I update modules, and try to run update.php I get this error.

Some of the pending updates cannot be applied because their dependencies were not met.

Ever since I wanted to have a random poll on my site, drupal has become the worst pain in the neck ever. The poll module will only show the most recent poll in the block, so I must use views to create a random active poll block. The only issue is that the only way to show the entire poll, at least how the regular poll block shows the poll, is to select "row style = node".
