Drupal 7.x

Howdy -

Anyone know of a way to replicate what the RealName module did in D6.x for D7? The only thing I see is that it now uses Tokens but it seems as though the process is incomplete as of this time. Coming from a Joomla! and WordPress background, the omission of not being able to supply and display a "real name" is quite bothersome to me; I would rather not give "them" a 50% head start on getting into my site :)

With Drupal 6.x, the above noted blog clients were easily set up using the WLW and BlogAPI modules; in 7.0, neither are available (yet). Anyone know of a sure-fire way to use these two with Drupal 7?

I'm planning to create departments website and would like to get some suggestions and ideas on how I can achieve this using drupal. Each department will have their own event and calendar and I'm wondering if I can achieve this with one drupal installation or should I have few different installation referring to each department and then link them to one main page.As I'm still new to drupal, I would really appreciate any suggestion and comments.

very new to Drupal. So it's a newbie issue.
I have installed 2 languages to my Drupal installation. When i create a page the dropdown chooser is present and i can select in which language this page will be present but it's not happening the same when i create a story. Any ideas that could help?

I'm actually shocked this isn't a default feature on any of the Poll, Vote, Debate modules.

I'm running polls that have 2 choices and I would like to have it so that whatever choice is winning the bar is green and which ever one is losing is red.

Has anyone been working on anything like this?
