Drupal 7.x

Can someone point me in the necessary direction to setup OG in such a way that I can define:

Regional Supervisors
-- Team Leaders
---- Teams

Where Groups can only look "down" and not "across"? In otherwords, the RS's have full access to the content and messaging and profiles for the Team Leaders assigned to them, and their corresponding teams. Team Leaders can ONLY post content for, and send messages to members of their own teams (which can be multiple), and Team members can ONLY see and message other team members within their own team?

How to I add identifying information to the currently open link in a menu? This is separate from a.active css. It may be a href...title="current selection" active_menu_item or span class="element-invisiblecurrent selection /span active_menu_item.

I'm leading several non-profits and realized I need to do some web development now that our sites are actually getting some hits.

I'm hosted at Powweb (I've read they have terrible Drupal support) and just found out that my server has PHP 4.4.9. I want to say with Powweb, can I make this work out or probably not?

I would like to have one big happy Drupal multi-site installation via subdirectories.

However, it only sort of works. The premise is drupal is installed in a subdirectory of the webroot, not in the webroot itself.

myserver.com/drupal

I have followed the steps to create an appropriately named subdirectory in the sites folder. Now I have ....

myserver.com/drupal
myserver.com/drupal/sites/subsite.myserver.com

I have told the sites.php about this site.
myserver.com/drupal/subsite ... myserver.com/drupal/subsite.myserver.com

I'm building a site for the fire department I work for. The site will include policies and bulletins that will be managed by multiple users. I'd like to create a block on the front page that lists any newly added or updated bulletins for a period of time, then automatically drops off the list. Is this something I can do in views?
