Create comments part of custom theme

Hello,

I've created a theme with custom design and now I want to know how I can create the comments part of the theme. Here is an example page, which is a node page of my custom theme. In the bottom you can see the comment form. Now I want to know the code (or method) which will add the comment after submitting the form and then show that after approving. I think now everything is clear.

Thank you.

D7: Displaying blocks based on taxonomy or tags

Searched the forum but there doesn't seem to be any fullproof way to get blocks to display based on the node's taxonomy (associated tags).

My workaround is to create a page. Then create a Views block with the appropriate filter criteria to find that page, e.g. filter in taxonomy terms.

Works for me. No PHP code is required.

D7: Additional Filter Criteria not appearing in Views

Sometimes when I create a new View, after clicking "Add and configure filter criteria" button, there's a random chance of additional filter criteria options appearing.

E.g.1 When I choose to filter in "Content: Published", the radio buttons for "yes" or "no" won't appear.
E.g.2 When I choose to filter in "Taxonomy: Term", there's no textbox for me to type in the term.

Anyone facing this problem?

What I want to do is that when a visitors visits this portefolio the work is selected in a random order from the database and when he surfs on en gets back to that page the work is still in the same order.

Right now I am using the following.
