Drupal 7.x

Hello to Everybody...I dont have any knowledge about Drupal or CMS....but I got the chance to download and also I have web host - Im from Cuba and is getting little confuse for me....but I want to install Drupal.
I have read the Info ( or help ) file from download folder- install.text - also I have been reading the Documentation and
forum help files about the Installation , and I cannot get to a real approach in any case.
I have been trying this for 2 weeks - and still no able to install Drupal.

Do you know any car reservation module [Drupal 7]?
I plan implement a Rent Car site with Reservation System similar to www.poliscarhire.com, well required start from scratch?

jQuery may used on Production? if yes, what version [Drupal 7]? Or is ONLY for Admin purposes?

Does anyone have an idea how can this be accomplished. I was thinking about establishing some Argument but I cnnot see what argument should I use...

I am using Drupal 7 in several projects and also in my website.
Management and modularity is great for a old wordpress user but i have very hard time to manage media files in my projects.

Let me explain my problem;
I have several types of contents and these contents may share media or other types of files. My content types have image fields to store images but i use the direct linking methods also ...
Right now i am using Wysiwyg module (with ckeditor) and IMCE integration to manage my media/other files.

I'm having an issue with the clearfix attached to each field (Drupal 7, Zen theme).
I have an image floated right:

.field-name-field-image-species img {
clear: right;
display: block;
float: right;
margin: 0 0 5px 5px;
}

And several text fields containing just one word that I want to sit on the left of this. But only the first text field actually sits next to the image on the page, all the others clear the image and sit underneath.

I am Install drupal7 on windows7 pc using xampp.but i am create user,but i cannot get a invitation email and administrator accepted email also not send.why about it??
