I' having a little trouble here: I need to create a list of people, anonymous users can contact. But instead of displaying the actual mail addresses, I want to display a contact form for the corresponding person. The problem is that these persons are not registered (as user).
My first approach was to register everyone and use the Contact module. The actual list was created with the Views module, but unfortunately I couldn't find a field showing a link to the contact form. Besides, this way creates a lot of useless user profiles...

I need to implement an invite/join module for a node (say, a forum).
Here is a flow:
1- The author of a node has a tab to choose a user and send invitation an invitation to that user to join a node.
2- The user receives a link to the view page of the node which is accessible to all users.
3- The user views the node view page, which has a join link.
4- The user clicks on the join link.
5- The author receives an email that a user has asked to join.
6- The author goes to a tab on the node that shows all the users that have asked to join.
7- The author accepts the join of the user.
8- The user is granted to edit the node.
The workflow is very typical, but I could not find the a module that implements this flow fully or even partially. Am I missing an existing module that provides this flow?
I have been struggling with following modules to implement the flow:
1-Flag module to let users bookmark the node. But from the description I could not find a way that after flagging a node, the author of the node gets notified and can see who has asked for joining and give them access grants (steps 5 to 7).
