Hello, I'm still new and might be taking the totally wrong approach to this, but I have a query I'm building where a section of the WHERE clause is put together by imploding the values of an array. When I pass it to db_query() drupal automatically escapes the single quotes. I'm wondering if there's a way to prevent this, or if maybe there's a different approach.

Here's the troublesome bit, $entity_ids is the string with the single quotes:

Subject pretty much says it all. I'm looking to have 'bmw' be the default value in a Term reference field at this address: http://bmw.example.com.

I would like to create a new module. Unfortunately it does not work.

Function:
If I submit this link "node/%/iframe", then It show page with CSS file based (only page content).

Ex.: I want insert a webform other site without themes or other CSS themes.
Only webform content without menu, etc...

I put my Drupal site in Maintenance mode and i hit a button to save a command and the browser closed...now i cant get back in! I signed in under admin still brings me to the down for maintenance screen. How do I get back in my site can anyone help me???

I am really new to this whole and endless world of site building and i am trying my very best to get a first good understanding.
So, please bear with me if i ask really newbie qs!!

I am trying to build a site that posts jobs.. so there is the part of the ones that will enter the jobs... and the others that can take a look at that job descriptions.

1) My first question is .. how do i make people enter job descriptions based on their log ins.. ( user restrictions?!) ..and how do i make them enter data into a simple form?? [is it structure--> content types??!?]
and then how do i make a simple 'menu tab' with their posts?..(with filtering.. say musicians/artists/etc)

2) my next basic question is that i want to make common people create their profiles with pictures??! is that possible?

3) I want to shuffle some pictures from the profiles in a small box on top.. that changes every 2 secs.. how do i link them?!and to what?

4) since right now i do not have a profile available ..can i just create the menu tab?! ..and adjust permissions?!

5) do I need any addons for this concept? or is it possible to do with my drupal 7 installation?!??

pls give me some guidance to get started so that i can understand some concept in practice!!!!!!!!
