How can I isolate the most current group in a View and apply result limits to just that group?

Maybe this isn't possible within Views, or perhaps additional code is needed, but here is the scenario...

I've got a gallery of images filtered by event and grouped by date so that for each event there is a list of images grouped by a particular year. I want up to 4 images on the landing page of the event with a link to all images in an archive for that event, again grouped by year. All of this is working fine.

Views UI broken

After I did an update of the views module, the user interface of the admin module is broken. I use views3 in Drupal7. You can see a screenshot here: http://pulse.yahoo.com/_JJFPZKYO6UXC7KUKX2RSHILTP4/album/photos/474595

Capturing an uploaded file URL in the File Information section

Apologies for the cross post with this. I just wanted to check if someone has done this already or knows of an alternative way to capture the file URL location.

Hi,

Is this possible?

Does anyone know how to capture the URL of an uploaded file in the File Information section.

Customizing search module in Drupal 7

I'm a newbie at theming, I read a lot of comments and code snippets on the subject, but I didn't find anything that applies to Drupal 7.
I'm using Zen as the theme engine, and I would like to get rid of the 'Search' text to replace the whole button with a custom image. Can anybody point me out some documentation or the more convenient way to do it?
I tried to dig into APIs, but I can't figure out how to override the default behaviour.
Thanks for any help

Creating a toolbar for users to toggle node view modes

Hi everyone,

I've been working on a complex custom content type recently that has a lot of fields. I've made a few custom view modes for it using hook_entity_info_alter(), and I am beginning to style them individually in templates.

My question is, how can I make a custom toolbar that will appear somewhere on a page that will allow the nodes displayed to switch between view modes?
