Drupal 7.x

I did some searching through here and couldn't find exactly what I was after, so I apologize if this has been answered on here before.

I have a website that I password protect. It's a members-only store that I'm running Ubercart on. Right now, I just have password protected directories (not managing the password protection through drupal at the moment), but I am running in to a few issues doing it the way I am.

I have created several Basic Pages with a Title and simple text in the Body. The published pages looked great but have suddenly started displaying differently. The title is coming after the body and now not all of the text is being displayed. It was all working fine previously. It appears that I have inadvertently changed some setting that applies across all Basic Pages but I can't seem to work out how to undo the change. Basically this is a call for help as everything was going swimmingly until this happened....

i'm very new working with drupal and git, could you give me an approach? For example, new project, i create a new branch to test some module, when i move from branches and versions what about the database?, how do you deal with git and project database?

I'm converting an existing HTML page into a Drupal 7 theme for a small site I need.

What I need is a small dynamic area with the news content. Basic article is good, as a content type. But I need it to be shown exactly in this way (with the Title in place of the Publish Date):

I have been playing with the Media module & Media:Youtube. I am simply trying to make it so that an anonymous user can enter a youtube address and have the video posted into a node. However, it seems that the only way to add youtube videos is through the media browser which gives users access to the media library selection and uploading files, etc... etc... Is there no simple way to post a single youtube video without having advanced multimedia library selection tools pop up?
