I've used the MS WebMatrix web development tool to install Drupal. Unfortunately, WebMatrix installs version 7.2. Anyway, the installation via WebMatrix was successfull. I was able to connect to my first drupal website. I did not perform any additional comfiguration as I wanted to upgrade to the 7.4 version first.

Not sure if this is a theming issue or not, but when I create a table using CKEditor the background of the table is gray (by default?), when I really need it to be white (same color as my Website background) as I want the table to be invisible. Where is the best place to make the change? Thanks in advance.

I was hoping someone can help. I have a website (www.nyfreeguide.com) where I list events on the home page and right now I'm using views to show content type events as a front page and filtering it by date.

However I ran into a problem where other types of content do not show up since this new front page is just a view and not a real home page. So any time I push content to front page or make it sticky it never shows up.

First, my apologies if this is in the incorrect place...this is my first post on the Drupal forums.

I am attempting to install Drupal 7.4 onto Pair Networks. I have moved all of the files into the public directory, but whenever I try to access the main page to start the installation, I receive this error message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /fcgi-bin/php5_wrapper.sh/index.php on this server.

Seems like it is ignoring my drupal files, and just trying to access the fcgi-bin.

How to create different template (with Views or Panels) for each Vocabulary in D7? Trying Taxonomy display and Views but it doesn't seem to work - can not make two term Views work at the same time, each for a vocabulary (or maybe i just don't get it).

On user pages (user/%) the title is set to the username. That is, both the "page title" (<title>) and "content title" (<h1>). I want to change it to a custom field, field_firm. The page title I can change with drupal_set_title(), but how do I change the content title?

I'm really struggling to find information on this. Probably because many terms don't have clear, single definitions (like "title" and "profile").
