pass taxonomy terms to row view class

Hi,

I'm quite new to drupal and new to php too... need some help !
I'm trying to use the taxonomy terms as classes to sort my rows (I can't use differents content types in that particular case, i have to insert classes in an other way).

Need suggestion: Lightbox/AJAX popup with search form

I am very new with drupal. I need some suggestion of what I should do for a beginner.

I am working on a function which allow user to click on a link to open some kind of lightbox or AJAX popup.

The popup will show some search filters. For example firstname and lastname. When user click on the search button the search results will show within the lightbox or AJAX popup. When user click on one of the result, the popup will close and the selected result will display at the main page. Any suggestions?

uninstalling D7

I need to uninstall D7 and install D6 but can't find an official uninstallation guide. I'll delete the database, of course, but which files and folders should I delete? The problem is that I have D7 installed in the public_html folder, not a subdirectory. My control panel doesn't say who owns the files/folders, or I could have deleted Drupal's files/folders and left Apache's alone. Any idea how I should proceed?

BTW, this is an unused site, so no backup issues.

Grateful for any advice.

Why Drupal database does not use foreign keys ?

Hi,

I just made a reverse engineering process on Drupal 7 MySQL database to see what it looks like and I was surprised to notice that there is not any foreign key at all. Only primary keys referenced in other tables with "normal" columns.

Is there any reason for that ?

Thank you,

Drupal Overview

I come from a WordPress and EE background and have become accustomed to template tags. Basically writing my HTML/CSS templates then dropping in PHP tags where content is to live and bam, theme done (for the most part).

Is this how Drupal works? I'm getting mixed signals from drupal.org and various tutorials out there which are leading me to think Drupal is much more complicated than I'm used to. Can someone help clear things up for me? Thanks!

update.php does not want to upgrade from 7.2 to 7.4

At the step, where I start update.php, after looking what to update, the script says that's there's nothing to update and current state report says that I run 7.2 and there's an update to 7.4.

I'm sure I downloaded 7.4 -- I tried 2 times -- zip and tar.

WTF?
