Drupal 7.x

Hello. Please forigve me for my bad English - I am from Russia.

Currently I am developing my website and decided to use Drupal, I really like this CMS. However, I can't understand how to make my menu on tabs. I tried to use Google, but didn't find anything useful.

So, I have tried 'Mega Menu module' and 'superfish module', but both of them give me the same problem: the main menu (not styled) stays visible, as you can see here: http://i54.tinypic.com/16auwlz.png -> two menus. This shouldn't happen, because in the 'blocks' section the mainmenu isn't given any position (it's at -none-).

Any help would be very welcome!

I'm a beginner in making modules for drupal. My task is to make a custom contact form, (the core version don't have all the features we want...) but my problem is: How do I load a module as page instead as Block?

And I can't enable my module, as result I get the WSOD, and I can't enable error logging, because the site is already in use...
