the goal is to save Drupal's file system /sites/default/files onto a mounted external server over a network connection. Can this be done? We have 2 servers, one for Drupal core files, the other for storing all files. So files should be accessible over www.drupalsite.tld/sites/default/files/ without any side-effects.
Please advise on the right course of action to store all Drupal files on a different server.
Twelve hours of Google searching and I simply cannot come close to what I need. Bear with me as I'm still learning this massive CMS. I'm searching for a way to restrict users of adding new content to specific "pages" on my website; whereas, every user has their own space that they may add content to on their own freewill, but do not have access to other places (like other users spaces, and especially, the front page).
I'm new to Drupal. I installed the Marinelli theme for my front page and have used the included Marinelli subtheme for all the inside pages. I'm wondering what I need to do so that the inside pages all have the same rounded tab corners and highlighted look as the Marinelli front page.
Thanks!
Kara
Update: Sorry--I didn't realize this was for the theme developers. Please ignore.
I have come a long way with my Views & Gallery setup tonight. It took me a long time to get to where I am, but I'm here and now I am ready to move to the next part of the overall task.
the idea: Have one Album (a View) which displays links to OTHER VIEWS (Galleries)
