Drupal 7.x

Hello all Drupal Guys there....

I am a newbie to Drupal and am very excited to learn things here and I am really wandering if any one can tell me how can I setup a site with Drupal which looks like www.pals.in because this site is already using Drupal CMS as I can see but I am unable to find the way to setup a site exactly like this (in terms of desing and user interface).

Any help would be really appreciated and I will give a personal kiss of thanks to him! (lol, kidding!!)

I have a photo gallery working but when the page loads the thumbnails, it shows a broken image link, and even clicking on the image does not pull open the image. I check the Image Styles and when I try to create new style it shows this at the top:

any advise for the good place/way for custom elements in d.o?

e.g. custom (common) element is "date field" elemen with list of customizations like field type(selectbox, textfield), start/end date for selectbox, format of date field(date_field-month_field-year_field or month_field-date_field-year_field), etc...

I am having a node type "Video" which contains a "videolink" field from Media module. i.e. videolink is a field of type "Multimedia asset" (Media module). I have created "Video" nodes in staging area using feed from Youtube. Now i want to deploy these nodes to a production site. How can i do that? I tried using the node_export module but it does not seem to be copying the Youtube URL in the exported XML/CSV. Same thing happens while using Features module to export nodes too. Youtube url is not getting copied. Am i missing a module or some configuration.

i am still learning panels,

i created a view which is a BLOCK containing a table with a custom logo in one side, and welcome text on the other.

i created a page/panel. in the layout options i select "views," then select my view, in this case "welcome,"

it asks if i want to use MASTER or BLOCK, in any case i select i get the same results,

after clicking FINISH on the last step of panel creation, the panel remains empty in the layout view.

when i select update or save & update, the panel/page is empty.

why is this? what am i doing wrong?

• Admin attach the files to the node
• system will display the attachment as a link
• upon clicking the link by anonymous user, it will let the user login to the site and allow the user to download the attachment

any ideas how to achieve this functionality? Thanks,
