I just found out that there is a way to grab an rss feed of the themes page, get updated as to when a new one is available. That lead me to try hacking the drupal taxonomy url to uncover other things that may be available that I didn't know about. Something having it's own URL/RSS feed may be invaluable to others so i'm posting the following list here:
You should make a tutorial in the handbook that deals with all aspects of completly costumizing Drupal. Something that's not to hard to understand and involves as little PHP coding as possible. Show some examples of web-sites who have managed it, show some of your own examples, give some tips, and suply already finished costumized configuration files for Drupal (created based on populare demand).
I know all of this sounds very demanding and if you want something done you should do it your self. But the reason I'm asking is because I need a tutorial like this and I need it fast.
When I go to http://drupal.org/project/Modules, the page just says "Projects" at the top and the rest of the page is empty. Is anyone else getting this? Same for Translations and Themes.

Greetings,
I'm new here and trying to make use of everything "already" posted before posting new questions.

The "formatting guidelines" state "Web and e-mail addresses are automatically converted into links." It's due to the *s in the URL, as this (incorrect) link works:
