For Novice users like us i would appreciate if there was some indication if the modules were last changed (official versions). For example on the url http://drupal.org/project/releases i have no way of knowing if the modules were last updated until i click on them.
Specially for 4.6... since the roadmap for the different modules are not publicized, it is difficult to know when they are available or when they have been changed.
Rather than downloading 4.6.0 version modules, I browse cvs.drupal.org for the latest revision to modules. However, when it comes to downloading the cvs copy, it doesn't appear to be possible to download a whole folder. Instead, I have to go to every file within that folder to download manually.
Drupal.org seems to be crashing now and then. I am wondering why that is and what can be done to deal with this? My company is willing to provide a full mirror for Drupal.org if there is a need, and Drupal would like that. Otherwise what can be done to deal with this crashing and inavailablity problem, can we get it on lockdown?
