Deprecated - Drupal.org infrastructure

The initial version of the New system for releasing Drupal contributions is now installed and functioning on http://scratch.drupal.org (as reported here). One of the only issues that's come up of real substance is a debate on the meaning of the main branch of a given contrib project that matches the equivalent branch name of Drupal core (for example, the DRUPAL-5 branch).

There are 3 options for what this branch should be:

Why aren't users allowed to edit their own posts, although they may edit or delete their own comments?
Sometimes I find typos after prevewing and submitting a forum post. Thanks.

When i use search, and enter "csv" - i received error message: "You must include at least one positive keyword with 3 characters or more." But when i enter "cvs" - all is ok.

Why?! This is bug or feature? =)

the last couple days, every link/search i do on drupal.org has been painfully slow (3-20 second response times)

Just a quick question - can I set up my account on drupal.org to notify me via email if any of my current threads get replies? This is both to keep an eye on my own questions, and also to enter into conversation with folks I am helping.

I do :pserver:rondev@cvs.drupal.org:/cvs/drupal in my Tortoise Checkout but when I enter my password, I'm denied. What can I do? I already changed my CVS password but without success.
It works well with anonymous.
Can someone help me? I would be please to commit few translations of module.
