Initial release, skipping beta1 to get on version with the 6.x version. There are no known issues at this time and integration with the outline designer also appears to be working.

Added exclusion by page like blocks. Added a check for redirect loops during configuration.

This adds a workbench link on the Lingotek tab for each language, independent of if translation is 100% complete.

It addresses the use case of someone trying to get to the translation workbench after translations are complete, but only offers that access to those with the role permissions to view the lingotek tab for a node.
