Fixed a few more recently-discovered bugs that improve compatibility with Rules UI, and also improved documentation and README.txt

Development release for Drupal 7

Now with full Rules and Drush integration!

Still not feature complete but getting there!

Changes since 7.x-1.2:

• #1540924 by pwolanin: Allow users to delete their own comments via added permission
• #1541014Fixed sorting so that comments are actually sorted by the created field rather than just the cid field.

Initial dev release for Drupal 7.

First alpha release after dumping in a lot of new code from client project. The API will stabilize a bit from here on. I promise (tm).
