This is a stable enough port of the 6.x-2.x code to get a working version out.

Known issues

• Tables reload by adding titles to the end of existing
• Hidden nodes integration currently unstable
• OD Book settings page with permissions per action currently unstable
• Duplicate is non-functioning

First beta release. The module is feature complete as far as I'm concerned. It requires some documentation (especially on the rationale) and some tests.

Nightly release for the 7.x-1.x branch.
