Initial implementation of the Inline Entity Form for Drupal Commerce products and line items.
Patches for supporting other entity types are welcome.

Added patch from Issue #1277930 that fixes url bug.

This is the first official D7 release of Office hours. Next to just porting the D6-version of the widget, it contains a customizable formatter, allowing you to show the Office hours in any way you like.

Initial D7 version.

Works a little differently than the d6 version:

1. enabled per content type in the content type comment settings fieldset
2. requires anonymous commenting set to either "Anonymous posters may enter their contact information" or "Anonymous posters must enter their contact information" (doesn't work with "Anonymous posters may not enter their contact information").
3. New: now handles required user fields and allows other modules to alter the registration form.
   

Some features requested on 6.x-1.x branch ported to 7.x-2.1 and some bugfixes.
