the basic layout im mothership now contains mediaqueries, which means that its responsive. (its really easy to remove the css file so now worries were not forcing anything down anybodys throath)
Added respond.js for support for mediaqueries for ie7 + ie8
Cleaned up the setting page a bit
TEMA is removed it should go and live its own life over in the tema

Javascript implementation files are now generated per theme (instead of just one global file). This resolves some issues with clearing the cache on the admin interface.
