New Feature

Messages are now configurable and can be displayed based on three different criteria: viewing node, viewing a list that has the node, or viewing a node in a book who's parent is hidden. All events can trigger a message that's customizable through the settings page.

Bug fix

Immediate book parent wasn't triggering a hidden message

Book logic abstracted from OD core and enhancements from 6.x-2.x branch pushed forward.

Intermediate test release:

• added block and button UI submodules, just like D6-version
• made mapping eID attributes to user fields work
• improvements in checkrole
• several bug fixes
