First working code for Drupal 7. Seems to be working in test environment.

- Better file watcher - see changes instantaneously without a page refresh.
- Issue #1474182 by erutan : Add more information in subtheme.
- Updated normalize.css from H5BP (e.g. farewell hot pink selection)

Many improvement on how things work, without increasing the scope very much...
N. B. All currencies and transaction forms will have to be resaved if not reverted. Fresh install of all the modules in the package might be easier.
Changes from Beta 3:
Separation of entity manipulation from form handling which is a further break from how node entities work.
Simple (integer) serial number added to mask unique db key from end users.
Transaction clusters now group volitional transactions and their dependents under one serial number.

D7 port

Changes since 7.x-1.0-rc4:

Introduces the following hooks:

hook_atom_admin_settings()

Invoked at the end of the Atom configuration form to add extra module settings.

hook_atom_feed()

Allow modules to change $node, or add elements, specifically for an atom feed.

hook_atom_ns()

Add additional namespaces.
