This release has been rolled mainly to fix #1586002: Entity language handling broken, since currently there is some integration issue with Entity.

Other bug fixes:

This release re-rolls the import and reset functionality found in the Drupal 6 branch.

Updated tests and fixed "Select All" in bulk management screen.

This release simply rolls the developmental version into production.

Contains:

• Content type default webform from PHP code
• WebForm Export

- for better flexibility private members of controls classes has been made protected
- for steps class a remove method has been added
