Make sure all variables are set - this was causing problems with availability search (e.g. #1615408: Booking rooms from front-end fails).

Changes since 7.x-4.5:

Added possibility to edit an answer
Added possibility to remove a choice

The features are now enough to release a first version, if no bug are found in the near future, module will be release in a stable version.

First working code for Drupal 7. Seems to be working in test environment.
