D7 version is now available!

First version of D7 jabber is available. It requires profile2 module and user should be aware for production to setup their own bosh server.

• Allows default .png badges to be used.
• Moved the settings page to match the Achievements module.
• Added salt as a configurable settings value.
• Removed old code that was unnecessary.

A bug fix release that corrects the following issues:

1. #1310722 db_result deprecated in D7
2. #1310732 PDO exception in uninstall; block enabling is undesired behavior
