Opening HEAD for development for the Drupal 7 version of Nice Menus. Note that the port has not yet started so this will NOT work on D7 yet.

Changes since 7.x-2.1:

• Added HTTP Live Streaming submodule
• Support for m3u8 files with the application/vnd.apple.mpegurl mime type.
• Added basic support for audio/ogg and audio/mpeg (mp3).

Recommended Video.js version: 3.2.0

Added database update to changes the default download count to 1 and increments all existing count values.

Removed swf commited with previous release.
Added .gitignore

Initial unstable release.

Fixed #1609408: Snippets not making entires for revisions on enabling or reverting a feature.
Issue was not able to create revision id for the snippets to maintain revisions.
Snippet machine name is now a mapping reference for a snippet and its revisions.
