Uses a Rules component rather than a normal rule for price calculation, making it compatible with Commerce's precalculated price system; renamed the rules and fields to avoid future clashes.

New Branch, combining some features of -2.x branch and -4.x branch. As well as adding a reset button to the autologout block.
