Initial dev release.

This is the development branch for the Druapl 7.x compatible version of Basic webmail. The code in this branch should be considered unstable and likely to not work correctly or at all. If you would like to help with stabilizing it, check out the 7.x branch and start creating patches or submitting bug reports.
