This is the first release candidate release. If there are no major problems with this release next one will be 7.x-1.0.

New features added:

• Added Drush support for downloading Stripe PHP library automatically.

This is just a new branch which will eventually have all the bells and whistles like webhook and subscription integrations with Drupal Commerce.
