Bugs fixed:

[1654746] Added NO CACHE option to the shopping cart block.

7x stable release

creating 7x release

Initial release of Admin Alert, with following functionality:

1. Can alter emails sent to site mail address (new users, etc.)
2. API for creating admin alerts
3. UI for creating admin alerts

There are probably still bugs, all functionality and APIs are subject to change, and there are as yet no tests.

Initial dev release of Route module. Contains example module showing example use case.
