Multiple bug fixes around webform redirects.
Code restructure for javascript inclusion and removal of hook_init.
We now allow percentages in the width/height parameters for links.
Colorbox display formatter is now used when opening a node inside a colorbox modal.

Note: I haven't successfully tested the webform integration, the subscriber API is a bit shaky and likely to change, the external queuing system has been tested extensively and is also likely to be refactored into the Drupal Queue Interface.
