Initial release

First full release. This release gives support for taking an URL and creates a breadcrumb from this URL. It can use the menu to get proper breadcrumb titles and will also set the menu trail.

Added Ubercart Store as a dependency, this way the automated test bot can find the UbercartTestHelper function.

This 1.0 release for the 7.x branche is a port from an earlier 6.x version.
It contains numerous fixes and a better integration with the Moneybird API.
