Remove unversioned files

Initial release previous release couldn't get access to my dev branch ...

Initial release

Added improved compatbility with extra modules like "social connect".
Bug fixed variable get that was switched between false and true.

Beta12 incorporates updates to Drupal core, now at 7.18, and one contributed module.

Additionally, the "galleryformatter" module has been left out of the distribution entirely, in favor of the colorbox implementation introduced in beta11. NOTE: If upgrading directly to beta12 does not work, you may need to upgrade through beta11 first.
