First release

Several bug fixes and winter holidays greetings :)

First usable release of MapBox.js module. Contains the following features:

• Exportable entity type for managing MapBox.js map presets
• Field type for presenting MapBox maps on any entity
• A submodule that provides a block for each MapBox.js map preset

Bug fix release. Improvements in stability.

This branch is for OG 7.x-2.x. It does not support 7.x-1.x; the 1.x version of this module should be used of you require that.
