Development version.

Dev Snapshop. Still a work in progress but shows major functionality

Initial stable release based on 7.x-1.x branch.
This version has been thoroughly tested and went through the project application process through multiple rounds of reviews.

This release encompasses a number of bug fixes and a few new features, as well as updated module versions of course.

Important things to do:

• If your "Home" tab on the front page does not have good colors, go to Appearance -> Settings -> Incubator Standard and click Save.
• Important dates on the Baha'i calendar can now be displayed on the Calendar page. The setting is at Configuration -> Events.
• If you were using unpublished facility nodes to make it easier for people to create events, e.g. at a public library, you will have to enable the new "unpublished nodes" setting at Configuration -> Content authoring -> Location -> Location chooser settings.
• If you don't like the way dates are displayed, you can change them at Configuration -> Regional and language -> Date and time

Some of the bug fixes include:

• Colorbox popups work again for pictures
• Circular redirects should no longer cause problems
• Headings in filtered html text will now show up in the display
• The arrows will show up in the right place for all slideshows
• Locations are no longer required for all nodes
• Several small css fixes for annoying things like the message bar appearing over the tabs
• Dates should now use 12-hour time across the site
