Fixed #1932606: Success and Failure URL set to <front> redirects to http://www.example.com//%3Cfront%3E and gives 404

Initial commit of a D7 version of the Ext module, supporting Ext JS 4.1. Only the developer portion (the API) has been worked on during the upgrade, I have no idea if the "site builder" UI side of things works (and this was only half completed in the D6 dev branch in any case). This should be usable to get started and start learning how to use the Ext module, the API is only going to have fairly minor changes, if any at all, before a beta/stable release.

Changes for 7.x release:

• Removed explicit call to views_invalidate_cache().
• Added menu item description.
• Made menu item title untranslated.
• Ported to Drupal 7.

Development snapshot.

New development branch release created to support the development of Foundation 4.

Foundation 4 has drastically diverged it's direction thus supporting the change: #1833520: Upgrade from foundation 3 to 4

Upgrade to Drupal 7.20 and the usual module upgrades.
