Bug fixes

• #1730488: Cannot use the 7.x-2.0-alpha2 Outline Child Pages submodule
• #1649702: Fatal error with outline_child_pages
• nested outline child pages tab under online for node/%node/outline/children path
• OG integration dropped, too buggy to use. If someone wants it I'll reimplement based on a patch.
• notice generated on some pages when using PHP 5.4+ has been resolved
• Duplication issues resolved in book_copy 2.x-2.0-rc1, see that project for this functionality.

New features

• Usability improvement highlights the row you are working on when you click or hover, can also change the context of what is being worked on with a click
• Support has been added for the jwerty keyboard combination library. If you enable libraries API and download jwerty to sites/all/libraries/jwerty you'll get this additional functionality:
  1. Shift + Control + A : add child page
  2. Shift + Control + D : Duplicate (requires book_copy)
  3. Shift + Control + R : Rename
  4. Shift + Control + H : Hide (requires hidden nodes)
  5. Shift + Control + "+" : Increase interface size
  6. Shift + Control + ":" : collapse all branches
  7. Shift + Control + " : expand all branches

• #1952030: Add support for picture
• Cleaned up configuration form.

Fixed uppercase access on default admin paths.

Depends on Composer Manager.

- Upgrade path has not been properly tested so backup and test if you are going that route, not guaranteed to work in those conditions
- This version has been tested and works with File entity 7.x-2.0-unstable7+76-dev and Media 7.x-2.0-unstable7+38-dev

- Ability to set custom permissions on individual nodes cloudcast player
