First 7.x release

This release fixed Issue #1854936 reported by AstroDaz: No days till next full/new moon, no percentage illuminated, as well as an issue with the Next link on the Moon Phase description page. I also added Block configuration to show or not show Illumination and Days to next New moon on the block and some CSS tweaks for the moon display.

Initial release.
