First full release of Zenstrap Theme.

1. Create tasks that complete themselves on specified date
2. Create tasks that complete sibling tasks, if not completed, on specified date.

• Added usage reporting to drupal.org support when checking for automatic updates.
• Set update/usage report threshold to once a day (only if used daily).
• Added PipeViewer 1.4+ support for suppressing pipe read errors.
• Added PipeViewer import ETA when using the --dump option.
• General fixes with implementing PipeViewer.
• Migrated PipeViewer detection/implementation into a separate function for easier management.
