Development snapshot of the OpenID URL for Drupal 7.

- Simplified template.php : no need for edit links in blocks
- Added contextual styles and code in block template
- Removed main block template
- Revised theme settings
- Improved print styles
- Updated info file
- Revised code for main and secondary links
- Updates on layout

Not adding html.tpl.php for now, to keep it simple. Might stay that way, what do you think ?
