By Daniel Berthereau: Added export of terms and vocabularies.

Site files are removed in addition to database tables.

Update to latest (post-code-freeze) Drupal 7 APIs. All functionality seems to work, though upgrade scripts from Drupal 6 are not in place yet.

Please test and file bugs :)

- Revised theme settings
- Improved print styles
- Updated info file
- Revised code for main and secondary links
- Updates on layout

Not adding html.tpl.php for now, to keep it simple. Might stay that way, what do you think ?
