Taxonomy NCO for Drupal 7

Taxonomy NCO uses Normalised Co-Occurrence analysis to look for relationships between terms in a Drupal vocabulary. This allows us to infer semantic relationships between terms, and thus to provide advanced 'you may also be interested in' links. On a large vocabulary this technique can bring big improvements in user experience and SEO.

- Main first time analysis run
- Taxonomy 'related terms' display block for use on node pages and taxonomy/term/*
- Principal functions to access NCO data

There were no additional bug fixes in this release. Views API was updated to explicitly be 3.x and a significant amount of Advanced help documentation was added to round out the release.

Convert the DB settings to proper Field API settings for exportability, which even renders the .module to be more compact.

Initial release of Fences.
