First release Texy! filter for Drupal 7.

- latest versions of Texy! and FSHL libraries included
- texy_image.module don't working for now

- syntax_higlighting.module can now use syntaxes like <php>..</php>, [php]..[/php], <code type="php">..</code> or standard PHP <?php .. ?>, or for JavaScript <script type="text/javascript"&gt..</script&gt

Initial commit of D7 version.
