This is a port of the Drupal 6 module term_queue to Drupal 7

It also includes some extra features:

Exportability via CTools
Basic Views integration
A setting to limit a term queue to certain vocabularies

This version of cm_project is really basic. The module defines the cm_project content type, a cm_project_type taxonomy, and a few default views.
