Moved contrib javascript libraries to external libraries folder and require dependency to Libraries module

Fix for the form save issue. Oops.

Upgraded to Drupal 7.x changed to work with D7 database API and field core module. Also takes into account updates to body. Features not ported over:

• Search/Replace summary text (coming soon)
• Allowing the user to type in custom field names (will support if enough people need/want this).

New release.

Note that this release is incompatible with version 1.0's API, see custom_text.api.php for the changes.
